Thoroughly enjoyed our family break away at this park. tried it as I'd not stayed in this area with the family before and was very happy. Good value break and got a free upgrade, the caravan was lovely compared to what i was used to as a kid! Central heating and double glazing kept us all nice and cost. The staff were lovely and helpful (the courtesy call around an hour after checking to see if everything was OK was a nice touch). Good facilities, nice food and we were even fortunate to have nice people staying at the same time as us! the weather wasn't great but can't ever count on that in the UK. Will definitely be coming back.
We came away to celebrate my husbands 30th Birthday with our 4 year old son, both our parents, aunties & uncles. We were greeted by lovely reception staff, taken into a private room, offered a drink and were taken through our accommodation, activities, etc. We then pulled up to our caravan no 1 the green (platinum) and were absolutely over the moon, it was worth every penny. The caravan had its own car parking space, in a great location, the inside was beautiful, spacious and had everything we could possibly need. All the little extras made it so much more special; the Bluetooth speakers in each room, lovely fire, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, balcony, prime location, the list goes on. The park had everything you could wish for, the beach was lovely and clean with beautiful views, the entertainment was brilliant, staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, plenty of activities for children and various places to eat; pizza, Chinese, chip shop etc. We can’t wait to come back again over Easter !!
What a lovely stay. We stayed the first week opening back up. The caravan was clean and tidy actually looked brand new. I had forgot towels and was stood outside reception in a cue due to social distancing to ask where the nearest shop was to buy some and a receptionist asked if she could help and said she’d get some to me ASAP which she did when I came back they were in the caravan :) all staff we met were lovely .. the restaurant food and take away was great .. plenty to do for kids even with indoor things being off. Lovely site would 100% recommend.
This is the second time we have visited this park. Once when my daughter was 3 months old and this time now she is 2. So much to do for the little ones. Endless fun for under 5's. Staff are really friendly and the caravans are very clean. Entertainment is great for the little ones between 5.30pm and 7.30pm and then the entertainment changes for the adults. Beach is great too. Highly recommended this park. We're already booking two trips again for next year.
